Bosco Gentile Path

Start from the Aprica sports centre, go up Via Magnolta, pass the bridge over the Aprica stream and descend along a short stretch on Via Clef. At the first crossing on the left and go up a short stretch of tarmac road, which becomes a dirt road after a bend on the right. Along this simple and panoramic itinerary, suitable for children, you'll find many descriptive boards where pupils of Aprica's primary school have summarised useful information for safely organising a walk in the mountains. The first part gradually climbs up leading to towards panoramic views of Valtellina and the Rhaetian Alps, easing our effort on the uphill path. We now arrive at Corna Bassa, where you will find a few picnic tables. Here the road climbs along a few turns, leading to the lodges of Corna Alta.

At the crossing on the third turn, go left eastwards and continue on the road that ascends towards Magnolta (path 326). From here descend on your left, take the downhill road, which leads past the Magnolta slope, back towards Aprica. Pass the stream, where the dirt road turns into a paved one, towards the starting point (as you descend along the last part, on your right you'll find the junction to the fitness trail).
